Observation

WAC 110-300-0165(2)(c) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed cords acessible in the licensed space of the living room, the play/nap room, and the bathroom that are capable of forming a loop arround a child's neck. This licensor observed in the living room a cord to a light on a small shelf that is right next to the bin with the childrens toys. This licensor observed accessible cords to a small portable heater and a small light machine that were on the floor and a small music speaker with a cord hanging down from the counter in the play/nap room. This licensor observed in the bathroom in one of the drawers under the sink there is a hair dryer with a cord and in another drawer there is a curling iron with a cord that is accesible to children.
